Create a local Markdown draft, then upload it to the private GitHub repository. This page does not upload or store your writing, and it has no access to your GitHub account.

This is a client-side drafting tool, not an authenticated publishing dashboard. Drafts are excluded from the public site until both draft: false and approved: true are set in GitHub. Avoid confidential patient data in any material intended for publication.

Publish in three steps

Download the draft file and review it.
In the private GitHub articles folder, choose Add file → Upload files. Commit on a review branch first.
Once verified and approved, change draft: false and approved: true, then merge to main. Cloudflare Builds should publish after a successful deployment.
